Debbie is a freelance consultant. She specialises in supporting peacebuilding and human rights organisations to develop organisational strategy, funding strategy and ensuring the right systems, structures and capacities are in place to deliver the greatest impact and income.
Debbie has over 20 years of experience in the international development sector, including 10 years living and working in Bosnia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Indonesia, Malawi and Zimbabwe.
